Driving Directions

Washington DC Center of SRF

The map on this page is accurate but we recommend that you not use Mapquest for directions to our Center since there is a serious error in those directions. The directions below avoid that error.

Coming south from Baltimore or Laurel on Rt. 95, take the right exit off Rt. 95 by following the sign to Rt. 1 College Park. Then stay to the left and take the exit ramp that veers off to the left. Then follow the directions immediately below, starting with the reference to exit 25B.

From the Rockville or Silver Spring area, take the Capital Beltway, Rt. 495 east just past the exit to Route 95. Take the next exit (#25B) on the right to Route 1 south toward College Park. Stay in the left lane on the exit ramp. At the point where the exit ramp merges with Rt. 1, there will be a stoplight.

Turn left at the stoplight onto Edgewood Road. (This means that you never actually drive any distance on Rt. 1, you only encounter it by turning left across it.)

Drive 3 blocks to a stop sign at Rhode Island Avenue. About 10 feet before the stop sign, make a hard left onto a small service road that runs parallel to Rhode Island Avenue about 10 feet to the left of it.

Drive two blocks on the service road and turn left onto Niagara Road. (A left turn at this point is your only option.)

Our Center is in the second set of red brick buildings on the left. (See picture above.) Suite 101 is in the right-hand set of entrances to the buildings. There is parking in front of the buildings, on the street, and across the street.

From the Greenbelt, New Carrollton, Lanham, Glenarden and Landover area, take the Capital Beltway Rt. 495 north.

Drive to exit 25 headed toward Rt. 1, Baltimore Avenue.

Turn left onto Rt. 1 at the “T” intersection and take Rt. 1 over the Beltway to the first stoplight at Edgewood Road.

Turn left at the stoplight onto Edgewood Road.

Drive 3 blocks to a stop sign at Rhode Island Avenue. About 10 feet before the stop sign, make a hard left onto a small service road that runs parallel to Rhode Island Avenue about 10 feet to the left of it.
