 Special Commemorative Service honoring Paramahansa Yogananda, Tuesday, January 5
We will celebrate the birthday of our beloved Guru with a special Commemorative Service on Tuesday January 5th, starting at 7:30 pm. Please bring a flower and a donation in an envelope as symbols of your loyalty and devotion to the SRF line of Gurus. All who can attend with reverence and devotion are welcome. |
 Special 6-hour Meditation honoring the birth of Paramahansa Yogananda, January 9
We will hold a special 6-hour meditation honoring the birth of our beloved Guru on Saturday, January 9th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please bring a fruit offering and a donation in an envelope to the meditation. All are welcome. |

 Master's Birthday Potluck, January 10
We will hold our monthly potluck on Sunday, January 10th in our upstairs room, which will include a birthday cake honoring our Guruji and a DVD presentation featuring Brother Anandamoy entitled "Your Thoughts Can Change Your Life". All are welcome.

| Highlights from our Christmas Social, December 13
Santa and Mrs Claus play with children  Sunday School shines with their skit!
Thanks so much to all those who participated and assisted in our Christmas Social. It was a great success thanks to all the parents and teachers who contributed and especially the children in all Sunday School classes. The teens showed great responsibility by writing the skit (with assistance from the SS teachers) entitled : "Gratitude a God-like Quality". We truly loved the Christmas pinata which only released its contents when Faith opened its door! Thanks to the Social committee for doing this. Santa and Mrs Claus made an appearance and gave gifts to the children as well as led games with all. Most of all, we enjoyed a lovely afternoon filled with spiritual fellowship, christmas caroling, fun and great food.

General Business Meeting Potluck, January 24
We will hold a General business meeting to establish the Nominating committee for this year's elections on Sunday January 24th after services. The meeting will include a potluck in our upstairs room. We encourage all to attend.

The Center is in need of volunteers to serve in the following capacities:
